The ninth day of matches in the Bundesliga brought FC Bayern München another 3-1 win over FC Augsburg. Not to be outdone, title rivals(!) RB Leipzig, 1. FC Köln, and the Hoff reeled off wins of their own to keep things tight at the top. Just a touch down the table, Borussia Dortmund are still searching for their first league win since September after rivals FC Schalke 04 ground their way to a 0-0 draw at the Westfalenstdion. Matt Hermann and Jack Grimse (Paste Soccer, Bundesliga Fanatic, SB Nation) take all that in, as well as mull over Jogi Löw's extended contract and offer advice in Wolfsburg's continuing search for a new coach.
